Hello Rocky Mountain Families,

As many of you have heard, there are a number of illnesses making their way around the valley. At Rocky Mountain, we have seen a large number of children in the health office who have stomach-aches, headaches, nausea and vomiting. Please help us stop the spread of illness in our school by not sending your child to school if they are throwing up or feel like they are going to throw up. And, please do not send children to school if they have a fever. We appreciate your support in helping to keep our school illness free.

Student Safety!

Parking on D 1/2 Rd. - For student safety please do not park on D 1/2 Rd. and usher students over for pick up. While it may seem faster, it is very dangerous for the students. Student safety is our number one concern and we are worried that more students are being picked up on this busy road. Please use the pick-up loop when picking students up or dropping them off before school.

Parking Near Crosswalks - For student safety please park between 6-10 feet away from any crosswalk. Students are not aware of moving cars when crossing and when cars are parked too close to the crosswalk it makes getting out nearly impossible. Fore student safety please avoid these areas so students can cross safely.
