Dear Rocky Mountain Families,
It has come to our attention that many of our families are not receiving emergency alerts.  We wanted to let you all know how to sign up for emergency alerts from District 51 and from the Mesa County Sheriff's Office.  In the case of an emergency, alerts are sent out to parents via text, phone call, and email.  For this reason it is important that we have correct phone numbers and email addresses.  Please call the Rocky Mountain Elementary School office to update your telephone number and/or email address. Updates to parent information can also be made online through ParentVue.  To receive emergency alerts from the district, text  YES to 67587.  To begin receiving emergency alerts from the Mesa County Sheriff's Department, refer to their website, sheriff.mesacounty.us, where you will find "Sign up for emergency alerts."  Create your account by clicking on "sign up."
