Family Center Coordinator

Hello, my name is Karla Marin and I'm the Family Center Coordinator here at Rocky Mountain Elementary. 

In my role, I help to foster a strong connection between families, the school, and the community, serving as a bridge and ensuring that families are engaged and supported in their children's education. 

I help organize family engagement events, such as workshops and information sessions, and collaborate with school staff to address the unique needs of students and families, such as providing resources for academic support, counseling, or health services.

Additionally, Family Center Coordinators often work to build partnerships with community organizations and businesses to expand the range of services available to families. My goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where families feel empowered to participate in their child's educational journey!
